These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of fureverhugs.co and any purchase you make from Huggable Memories, LLC ("FurEverHugs," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to order.

Our products

FurEverHugs sells soft-sided keepsake urns, plush keepsakes, and personalized portrait products to help you remember a beloved pet. We try to show our products and colors accurately, but handmade details and screen colors may vary slightly from the item you receive.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown on the product pages and may change. We work to keep all information accurate, but if we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it and may cancel any order placed based on that error. We may also refuse or limit any order.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the addresses and regions shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier receives your order.

Returns and refunds

Because our portrait and personalized items are custom-made for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item arrives damaged or defective, or where we made an error. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at cs@fureverhugs.co with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Personalization and your photos

When you upload a photo to personalize a product, you give us permission to use that photo to create your item and to keep a copy as part of our record of your order. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Your photo is processed by an automated AI service to prepare it for printing and is stored securely. Please do not upload anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The FurEverHugs name, logo, site content, product designs, and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Wholesale

If you buy from us as a wholesale customer, additional terms may apply and will be provided to you separately.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current Terms.
